📦 Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Mikail LLC. We want you to be confident in every purchase you make with us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand how we handle returns and refunds.


📅 Return & Refund Window

We accept refund or return requests within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must meet one or more of the following conditions:

  • Received a wrong item

  • Item was damaged or defective upon arrival

  • The order did not arrive (based on tracking records)


✅ Eligible Return or Refund Conditions

We accept requests under these conditions:

  1. Wrong Item Received

    • If the item received is different from what was ordered.

  2. Damaged or Defective Item

    • If the product is visibly damaged or not functioning upon arrival.

  3. Package Not Received

    • If the order tracking shows “delivered” but the customer didn’t receive it, contact us within 5 days.


❌ Non-Returnable Situations

We are unable to offer refunds or returns in the following cases:

  • Request made after 7 days of delivery

  • No valid proof (photo/video) of damage or issue

  • Buyer provided incorrect shipping details

  • Item was used, altered, or not in its original condition

  • Minor color or size differences due to screen settings or manual measurements


📸 Required Proof

To initiate a return or refund request, please email sales@mikailllc.com with the following:

  • Your full name and order number

  • Clear photos or video of the item and the issue

  • A brief description of the problem


🔁 Replacements

Please note that we do not offer free replacements. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, you may choose to:

  • Request a refund (if eligible), or

  • Place a new order separately.


🚚 Return Instructions

In most cases, you will not be required to return the product. If a return is necessary, you will be responsible for return shipping fees, and we will provide the return address and steps once your claim is reviewed.


💳 Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
